Today is the day we finally kick off ´Global Europe´, also known as the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI), the EU’s financial instrument - worth EUR 79.5 billion - to promote EU values, principles and interests worldwide, with specific regard to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the objectives of the Paris Agreement.
