The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) today delivered its ruling (case C-604/10) in a case referred from the Court of Appeal (England & Wales).

Following the wide-ranging discussions in the European Parliament this week on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), which has been referred to the EU Court of Justice by the European Commission, German GUE/NGL MEP Helmut Scholz, who is a Member of the Committee on International Trade, said he had no doubt that the debate on ACTA will continue despite the Commission's delaying tactics.

Today the European Union released the latest unemployment figures. They show that youth unemployment rates are still unacceptably high. Working in the field of entrepreneurship, employability and financial literacy, Junior Achievement-Young Enterprise Europe believes that developing the right skills at an early age is the best long-term solution to youth unemployment.
