Monday 26 October, 2009 --

Kreab Gavin Anderson today announced the opening of an
office in Perth, Western Australia to service the growing market for professional communications services driven by the strong WA economy. The office will be managed
by Casey Cahill, recently Group Manager Corporate Affairs for engineering services company GRD and a former adviser to previous Western Australian Labor and Liberal
Ministers, including the Premier of Western Australia.
Managing Partner of Kreab Gavin Anderson Australia, Brian Tyson, said that he was delighted to be welcoming Casey onto the Kreab Gavin Anderson team and believed his
background and extensive experience in media, government and the corporate sector would transfer readily into providing clients in Western Australian with high level strategic communications advice and support.

“Casey brings with him more than 20 years experience and knowledge of communications in the Western Australian market,” Mr Tyson said.

“Casey will be joining a team that is renowned for providing its clients comprehensive services for managing complex communications issues from hostile takeovers and
financial market transactions, to high stakes stakeholder relations briefs and broad scale issues and market-based communication campaigns.

“Our new Perth capability will be fully integrated with our other offices in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, providing clients with access to consultants with a range of
sector specialist experience.”

Mr Tyson said few businesses in Australia could offer the national reach of Kreab Gavin Anderson or provide access to such a significant global network of offices and
consultants.

Commenting on the move, global President & CEO of Kreab Gavin Anderson, Richard Constant, said the Australian network had been further strengthened through the merger
earlier this year of Gavin Anderson & Company with Kreab which also specialised in financial communications, public affairs and corporate communications.

“The merger has resulted in an even stronger offering in global markets of interest to our clients. The combined group now has offices in 25 countries on five continents with plans for increased organic growth and further expansion into India, Russia and other emerging
markets,” Mr Constant said.

“We are very excited about the potential of our business in Perth and look forward to establishing a long-term presence in this important market offering advice and assistance
that will add value for businesses and organisations large and small.

Mr Tyson said the new Kreab Gavin Anderson office in Perth is located at the AMP Tower
in St Georges Terrace.
