A tool to monitor security of supply in Europe:
Transparency tools are crucial for experts to monitor the energy market evolution. It supports decision-makers and analysts in their work by bringing figures on the reality on the ground. Gas Infrastructure Europe’s AGSI+ and ALSI Transparency Platforms are proving to be reliable and well-recognised information sources offering a daily reporting by operators of storage and LNG facilities. The data are also used by authorities to monitor security of supply and have demonstrated their worth during gas crises. Over the last 180 days, for instance, the website traffic on the GIE Transparency Platforms have increased 265%.
