The 6th Annual Economic Ideas Forum
2nd December 2015, Brussels, Belgium
The Economic Ideas Forum is an annual high-level conference that brings together economic experts, EU heads of state and government, European Commissioners, ministers, business leaders and other influential stakeholders from around the world. The Forums provide an opportunity to consider innovative ideas and propose solutions to the economic challenges facing the EU economy. Every year, over 250 participants attend the conference. Previous Forums have been successfully held in Bratislava (2014), Helsinki (2013), Dublin (2012), London (2011), and Madrid (2010).
Among the topics for discussion at this years’ edition of EIF will be the sharing economy, balancing energy security with climate change commitments, the digital economy as a driver of global trade and utilising political reform as a driver of economic change in the EU’s neighbourhood.
The programme and online registration for this event will follow shortly. In the meantime, should you have any inquiries regarding this event, please contact José Luis Fontalba, Martens Centre Head of Communications at +32 2 300 80 16 or at jlf@thinkingeurope.eu.
