New name for VVS: Vending & Coffeeservice Association Switzerland (VCAS)

The Swiss national vending Association has announced a name change, becoming the Vending & Coffeeservice Association Switzerland (VCAS).
VCAS explained that the change of name was decided at the last general assembly and is officially in force since January 1, 2020. The new name has been adapted to the current market situation with the diverse offers and services in vending and OCS – the same reasoning why the EVA members decided to expand our own name in 2018.
The new name for the Vending Association Switzerland (VVS) was consciously chosen to be in English – in a country where there are 4 official languages, it enables the logo and name to be standardised across the country.
The new email address for VCAS is email@vcas.ch and telephone is +41 31 312 90 12. The office location and address remains unchanged in Urtenen-Schönbühl.
