Liberal leaders meet in Brussels on 18 October

At the invitation of Sir Graham Watson MEP, President of the European Liberal Democrats, the following leading liberal figures and party leaders will meet at the Concert Noble in Brussels ahead of the European Council meeting on 18 October 2012:
