INSTINCTIF PARTNERS Boosts Senior EU Team

BRUSSELS, 27 April 2022 – Instinctif Partners is pleased to announce two recent senior appointments that reinforce its capabilities and ambitions in EU public policy and health care. Moray Macdonald and Melanie Klenk will be working together to support clients and drive growth in the firm’s burgeoning Brussels office.
Moray Macdonald recently joined the growing strategic communications firm as Group Head of Public Policy, leading the company’s local public affairs teams in Brussels, London, Dublin, Berlin, Dubai and Johannesburg. He has more than 25 years' experience and an award-winning record of innovation and delivery in public affairs and public relations, including as a senior political adviser in Scotland and New Zealand. Previously, Moray was a Managing Director at Weber Shandwick and led the agency’s content production studios across EMEA. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of the firm’s three offices in Scotland.

Melanie Klenk also recently joined the company as Group Head of Healthcare. She will work with healthcare teams in Brussels, Berlin, London, Dublin, Dubai, and Johannesburg, including corporate communications, public affairs and insight, to take Instinctif Partners’ already extensive healthcare practice to the next level.
Melanie also joined Instinctif from Weber Shandwick, where she was a Senior Vice President and responsible for building the global healthcare practice hub out of Germany. She led on several significant international accounts for key players in pharma and medical technology and also played an important role in strengthening Weber’s South African health business.
