The ENERGY-EFFICIENCY-WATCH (EEW) goal is to ensure ambitious national energy efficiency action plans (NEEAP) in all EU member states. The Scientific partners of EEW - Wuppertal Institute and Ecofys - published the first results of their NEEAP screening.
