For better regulation on biocides - some gains in EP environment committee vote

Biocides are found in many cleaning products, disinfectants and lots of products intended for everyday use. "The GUE/NGL group wants to see a total ban on these dangerous substances" Sabine Wils, Member of the EP environment committee said after the vote on the new regulation that seeks harmonisation of rules on approving and using biocides.
