Simplify to Amplify is a high-energy event on how regulatory simplification can unlock Europe's most ambitious innovations. We cut the red tape, unlock finance, and connect science and business, creating the conditions for women in tech to scale faster. Less regulation, more funding, and stronger science–start-up bridges show how simple rules allow complex ideas to grow.
The event brings together representatives of the European Commission and the European Parliament, national public authorities, research organisations, industry leaders, investors, and innovation ecosystem actors, including start-ups and scale-ups from across Europe. It is designed as a solution-oriented dialogue that moves beyond general principles to focus on practical experience, implementation challenges, and policy tools that deliver measurable impact.
Discussions will cover key themes such as regulatory simplification and legal design, access to finance for start-ups and scale-ups, public procurement as a lever for innovation, science-to-market pathways, and the conditions needed to support women-led innovation and entrepreneurship. Particular attention will be given to how initiatives such as the 28th Regime, SME policy reforms, and innovation funding frameworks can reduce fragmentation, lower compliance costs, and enable companies to scale across borders more effectively.
