Luxembourg, LUX, 3 May 2021The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxembourg (MFEA) is now welcoming applications for scholarships to attend the European Institute of Public Administration’s (EIPA) Master of European Legal Studies (MELS Online) 2021-2023 promotion. These scholarships are available to applicants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey. The scholarships allow six qualified candidates to attend a Master programme in European Legal Studies in Luxembourg.

A unique online Master programme

The Master of European Legal Studies (MELS Online), a truly international study programme, is offered by the EIPA in Luxembourg in partnership with the University of Lorraine in France. The mission of EIPA is to provide high-quality training courses to develop the capacities of professionals, national, and regional public administrations dealing with EU affairs, and the European Institutions.

The MELS Online is a unique study programme adapted to align with students’ existing professional responsibilities. The completion of this programme can be the perfect springboard for the next step in a professional career.

The MELS Online programme is designed to achieve two principal aims:

  • to provide an initial background to the fundamental issues underlying the European integration process; and
  • to offer progressive and increasing specialisation in the vast field of European law to enable students to deal with legal questions in a practical way with no prior law degree required.

For more information on the Master of European Legal Studies, please visit the EIPA website.
