London – 8 May 2014 : Instinctif Partners is entering the Swiss market with the opening of
its new office in Zurich following the acquisition of blueRobin Strategic Public Relations
GmbH.

blueRobin, which will be integrated within Instinctif Partners’ German operations, was
founded by Cécile Bachmann who will become a Managing Partner. The company provides
strategic public relations and communications support to businesses in the financial and IT
industry sectors.

Ms Bachmann will be supported by Daniel Beck who has been appointed to expand Instinctif
Partners’ European public affairs offering. Beck, an experienced senior policy advisor and
former diplomat, who is a lawyer, previously served as attorney for the Services Area of the
Swiss Mission at the European Union in Brussels and was also Embassy Counsellor for
Financial Affairs at the Swiss Embassy in Washington DC, USA.

Commenting on the acquisition, Richard Nichols, Chief Executive said:
“This expansion opens new opportunities for us in Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein and
follows on from our appointment of Dr Klaus Tschütscher, the former Prime Minister of the
Principality of Lichtenstein, as a Senior Advisor earlier this year; it is an important
development for us in Europe.”

Cécile Bachmann, who becomes a Managing Partner of Instinctif Partners said:
