Prestigious MBA is now 5th in the world, and 3rd in the UK

ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) congratulates Oxford Brookes University on its impressive position in the QS Distance Online MBA Rankings, issued recently by higher and business education analysts QS Quacquarelli Symonds.

With a top three ranking in the UK, and top five globally, the Oxford Brookes Global MBA is designed for busy working executives and offers a flexible way for ACCA members to achieve the Masters qualification.

ACCA has a long-standing relationship with Oxford Brookes, establishing the MBA for its members in 2001 following the success of the Oxford Brookes BSc.

Dr Mary Bishop, director of learning at ACCA, comments: “We are delighted that the Oxford Brookes Global MBA has such consistently high rankings. ACCA has worked closely with Oxford Brookes University to design and deliver this Masters degree. As we said at the celebratory event to mark Oxford Brookes 150th anniversary last year, we are both in the business of employability, enabling people to achieve their career goals and ambitions.”

Dr Nicolette Michels, Programme Director for Global MBA at Oxford Brookes University said: “It is excellent that the Oxford Brookes Global MBA has gained two places since last year, and continues to be one of the top online MBAs in the world.

“We are proud that our Global MBA offers exceptional flexibility and provides a world-class education in a format that suits busy lifestyles.”

The MBA programme has received AMBA accreditation (the Association of MBAs). To complete the Oxford Brookes University Global MBA, ACCA members will need to have a minimum of three years' professional/managerial work experience. Further details here: http://www.accaglobal.com/mba
