Today, the #EU #environment ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss the proposed 2040 #climate target.

FIEC EU welcomes the opening of the debate on this target, but stress that its focus must now be on the following priorities:
 

• Focusing on full and proper implementation of the #EUGreenDeal
• Reducing bureaucracy and reporting requirements
• Strengthening CCU/S technologies
• and the climate #resilience of the built environment
