CEEP is pleased to inform you about the up coming conference on Corporate Social Responsibility that will be held in the “Bibliothèque Solvay”. This event is the closing conference of the “Discerno 3: Analysing and Fostering CSR Practices” project which addresses enterprises providing Public Services.

Against the background of the expected communication on CSR from the European Commission, this conference will show some practical cases of how CSR can rebuild trust in business and how the disclosure of environmental, social and governance information by the enterprises can help in this process.

This important event is the occasion for exchanges between representatives of enterprises and key policy‐makers at European level on the overall theme of CSR.

Moreover, 16 enterprises will be awarded the well‐known “CEEP‐CSR Label” following a strong evaluation process and assessment by external experts. Some of them will present their best practices and also the long‐awaited booklet, “Best CSR Practices in Public Services” will be officially released.

The conference will take place on 26 April 2010 from 14:00 to 19:00, at the “Bibliothèque Solvay” (next to the European Parliament) in Brussels.

The number of seats is limited we kindly ask to send your registration for participation to ceep@ceep.eu with the heading “CEEP‐CSR Label – final conference” before the 22nd of April 2010.
