Civil Society Europe brings together thirty European civil society networks around the European values of sustainability, equality, solidarity, democracy and inclusion.
We now await, from the European institutions, a reaction which puts these values at the centre of European policy and which starts a genuine civil dialogue between the institutions and civil society.
For our organisations, which bring together tens of millions of members, this is the only way to respond to the crises in society which have influenced the way in which citizens think about the European project.
This is about our shared future in Europe
Civil Society Europe regroupe autour des valeurs européennes d’égalité, de solidarité, de développement durable, de démocratie et d’inclusion quarante réseaux européens d’organisations de la société civile.
Nous attendons maintenant des institutions européennes une réaction qui mette ces valeurs au centre des politiques européennes et qui impulse un réel dialogue civil entre les institutions et les acteurs de la société civile.
Pour nos organisations qui regroupent des dizaines de millions de membres, c’est la seule façon de répondre aux urgences sociétales qui fondent le jugement que portent les citoyens sur le projet européen.
C’est notre avenir commun en Europe qui est en jeu.
