Debating the European Council outcome with Van Rompuy
On Wednesday, in an open Conference of Presidents, MEPs will meet Herman Van Rompuy, the President of the European Council, to debate the outcome of the last European Council. At the 20-21 March Summit, European Leaders focused on Ukraine and the EU's response, calling for a coordinated, coherent and efficient European position to avoid the escalation of violence and to rectify the violation of Ukraine's sovereignty.
