Baxendale is the consulting division of the Baxi Partnership , founded by Philip Baxendale, which has provided advice, support and funding for employee buyouts since 2001. In response to demand, a strategic decision was taken in 2008 to separate the funding and consultancy services leading to the formation of Ownership Capital, our funding division and Baxendale our consulting division.
