New from ENISA – Updated Map and Inventory of Europe’s “Digital Fire Brigades” with 173 Computer Emergency Response Teams listed

The latest map of Europe’s “digital fire brigades”, the Computer Emergency Response Teams, CERTs in Europe map, v.2.7, is now online. The “CERTs in Europe map” now shows 173 CERT teams. CERTs are established by EU Member State governments and other public and private sector bodies to enable a fast response to emergencies that could affect vital computer networks or information systems.

CESI calls for solutions to tackle violence against police and other law-enforcement staff

Members of the CESI Trade Council “Security” addressed the issue of violence against police forces and other law-enforcement staff, discussed the challenges of the Stockholm program and future developments in the Schengen area, reflected on the effects of the crisis on the work of security forces, as well as on the current state of the Working time directive. A respective resolution has been drafted.

Caritas Europa and Caritas organisations in the Mediterranean call on the EU to ensure the coherence between the Union’s and Member States’ policies on migration and the respect for human rights.
