Brussels, 4 January 2018   –   ETNO, the Association representing Europe’s leading providers of digital networks and services, is pleased to announce that Phillip Malloch from Telia Company has taken up ETNO’s Chairmanship as from January 1st, 2018. Following his election by the General Assembly in October 2017, Mr. Malloch succeeds Steven Tas from Proximus, who served for the past three years.

Commenting on the 34th plenary session of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly (18-20 December, Port-au-Prince, Haiti), which focused particularly on sustainable development, security and the political and migration situation, S&D MEP Louis-Joseph Manscour, vice-chair of the ACP-EU JPA said:
