The S&D Group welcomes the adoption in plenary today of the report on the revision of Regulation concerning investigations conducted by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) as regards cooperation with the European Public Prosecutor's Office and the effectiveness of OLAF investigations.

The European Parliament today approved new rules to protect whistleblowers. For the first time those who expose malpractice or wrongdoing at work will be protected wherever they are in the EU.

The European Parliament today voted to update laws on the sale and marketing of chemicals that can be used to make homemade explosives. The rules are part of a series of measures aimed at better protecting EU citizens against terrorism and other serious crimes.

Pass rates announced for ACCA’s first exam sitting for 2019

ACCA
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) today announces the pass rates of the latest exam sitting. The March 2019 results saw over 96,000 students around the world entering over 117,000 exams. A total of 3,600 students completed their final exams to become ACCA affiliates.
