appointed as horizontal Communications Manger for EuropaBio. She is replaced by Joseph Buxton who
will take over communications responsibilities on Green Biotechnology.

Today, RICS, and 500 other global corporate leaders, handed a joint Communiqué to Mr. Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, at a public event in New York. The Communiqué urges governments to agree on an ambitious, credible and equitable global deal to address climate change at the Copenhagen Climate Summit in December.

· The introduction of binding national pathways towards “very low energy buildings” including target dates;

· The establishment of minimum efficiency requirements for building envelope components such as walls, roofs, windows etc. Whenever a building envelope component is replaced (minor renovation), the energy efficiency of that component must be increased to meet these requirements and
